New Zealand’s Tawa suburb is a bustling town located in the northern side of Wellington. The region has been under modern development since the 1970s. Since then, the town has grown massively with the opening of schools, shops, medical centres, and other places of interest. Nowadays, the main road is busy almost the entire day whether people are passing through or indulging in the peaceful society Tawa is. The community itself has banded together to create a positive and welcoming environment for everyone, including special events and clubs to for people of all ages to join. Also priding itself in its involvement with charities such as the Red Cross and providing help for the Salvation Army.
Geographically, Tawa sits itself on 1290 acres of land surrounded by the towns of Porirua, Redwood, Churton Park and Ohariu. With provided transport from railway stations and busses nearing provisional areas.
